In most cases, a referral from your doctor is recommended, especially if you want your treatment to be covered by health insurance. However, for certain services like massage or cupping therapy, you can book directly without a referral. 

The number of sessions depends on your condition, progress, and treatment goals. After your initial assessment, we will create a personalized therapy plan and give you an estimate of how many sessions may be needed. 

Yes, we offer Home Therapy (Domizil-Therapie) for patients who are unable to visit the clinic due to limited mobility, illness, or post-surgical recovery. Our therapists bring everything needed to provide high-quality care right in your home. 

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Depending on the treatment area, your therapist may ask you to expose certain parts of your body for better access during therapy.
